Everyone needs community and if you are looking for a place where you are welcomed, a place where you can learn physical and emotional skills, then this is the place for you. Had the opportunity to see first hand children being instructed on physical activity, attention management and peer support, and all I have to say is WOW!!! The adult jujitsu program was a whole other level, both in the discipline and respect of the participants. Loved that both men and women can enjoy this safe space while helping each other strengthen their skill.

Apex Combat Sports is a game changer! I’ve been training there for almost a month now, and I can already see real improvements in my fight style. Amazing atmosphere. This place is filled with people who support one another, build each other up and push each other. All the coaches are always willing to help explain things , slow things down etc. whatever level you are at they will meet you there and build you up. I couldn’t ask for a better gym to be apart of.

This is a great place to train or even for base fundamentals. I have been training here for about 10 months. There’s Good coaches and training partners here. I have been able to elevate my grappling and striking through the techniques taught from this gym. Practices are well structured and allow You to fully understand transitions before putting it in action. Sparring is technical and no one has a big ego everyone here is trying to get better. Highly recommended.
